The Rotary Club of Leesburg VA is a volunteer organization that works to make a difference in the world. From fighting hunger to providing education and job training, this club is dedicated to improving the lives of people around the world. Recently, they have been involved in a global grant project to bridge the digital divide in Panama, providing each school with 30 laptops for students, an interactive whiteboard and other technologies, as well as training for local teachers. Rotary International is the world's first service club organization, with more than 1.2 million members in 33,000 clubs across the globe.
Club Service is an important part of Rotary and focuses on strengthening companionship and ensuring the proper functioning of the Rotary club. To this end, the Rotary Daybreak Club of Leesburg will be hosting a qualifying raffle and hog harvesting event on Saturday, September 3rd. This event is a great opportunity to learn more about how Rotary clubs operate in Belize, the United States, Canada, India, and the United Kingdom. It's also a chance to meet other members of the club and have some fun! So come out and join us for a day of fellowship and camaraderie. The Rotary Club of Leesburg VA is dedicated to making a positive impact on the world.
With their upcoming events, you can be part of that mission and help make a difference!.
